Pawn Stars

In April of 2021, Moon Knight’s first appearance popped up on an episode of the long running reality show, Pawn Stars. By this point, the Moon Knight show had been announced, so interest in the character had begun to grow exponentially. In this episode, someone is attempting to sell a CGC graded copy of Werewolf By Night #32 with a grade of 9.8 (out of 10). Considering the rarity of such a high score, this copy is actually worth quite a lot. Whether its worth the $60k the customer is demanding, is another matter. Its an interesting look at the value of collectibles when taken in relation to the appearance on Comic Book Men 4 years earlier.
Comic Book Men

Moon Knight’s debut issue made an appearance on an episode of the AMC reality show "Comic Book Men." The show follows the happenings in Kevin Smith's comic shop "Jay and Silent Bob's Secret Stash" located in New Jersey. During the episodes, the conversations of the employees is occasionally interrupted by customers who come in to buy or sell various comic and pop merchandise. In this particular episode, a customer comes in to buy Werewolf by Night #32. It’s a raw copy, and shows some wear, but is in otherwise great condition. Some brief history about the issue is discussed, as well as the prospects of an upcoming show (this was years before an official announcement) and the copy sells for $350.
